Care of the Property & Damage

• Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the property and its contents throughout their stay.
• Please leave the cottage and its contents clean and tidy at departure.
• Rubbish and recycling should be disposed of correctly.
• Any breakages, damage or excessive cleaning required (including dog-related cleaning) must be reported and may be charged for.
• The owners reserve up to 7 days after departure to inspect the property.
• If damage beyond normal wear and tear is identified, the lead guest will be contacted with photographic evidence and an invoice for repair or replacement costs.

Force Majeure

The owners cannot accept liability for any loss, delay, cancellation or disruption caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to: severe weather, fire, illness, epidemics, government restrictions, transport disruption, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
