House Rules – The Pink House, Stoke Fleming

These house rules are in place to help ensure a comfortable, safe and enjoyable stay for all guests.

Occupation & Use of the Property

Check-in: from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival

Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure

The property may only be occupied by the lead guest and members of their party as shown on the booking confirmation.

No additional guests are permitted without prior written agreement.

The Pink House is available for holiday use only. The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. The owners reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay if this condition is not observed.

The owners also reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking, before or during a stay, if they believe the party is unsuitable for the property.
