Beautiful setting…we really appreciated the seating area at the front with the view of the sea. Ideal location for visiting the South Hams.
The house is lovely and light with the added bonus of a generous parking area just in front of it.

The Pink Cottage had everything we needed – and the kitchen was well equipped, which I particularly like. It's also wonderfully quiet at night. Except I heard a tawny owl early one morning – but was happy about that! The heating works well and the shower is fantastic. The house was great base for exploring the countryside, beaches and towns like Totnes and Dartmouth. Would definitely recommend.

 The house is located in the pretty village of Stoke Fleming, close to Dartmouth and Blacksand Beach, a spacious and very clean beach. Both places are easily accessible on foot. The house is spacious, clean and has everything you need to live comfortably.  The modern electrical installation is very easy to understand. The sea view, the nearby church and the calm give an undeniable charm to this place that we did not want to leave !
